I have always wanted to run my own business, but hadn’t decided on career coaching until I had about 5 years in HR.What is the best Career Advice you’ve ever received?If people like working with you that’s half the battle. If you are also good at your job, you are unstoppable.evalWhat is the most exciting part of working in thisindustry?Helping people land their dream job!How do to stay abreast of the industry as an expert?I work full time in HR for a global company, so I live it every da y. In addition I read a ton of articles and books.What are some of the things that you see job seekers struggle with the most?Getting past the initial job application process and having the opportunity to talk to someone.What are the common mistakes that you see them do?Only applying to the career sites and not networking.How should job seekers approach job search today?Tap into your network.
